Warranty

Warranty

We take great pride in our product line since we design, machine, assemble, and package our products entirely in house. We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser.  Some components in fuel system are subject to degradation due to exposure to fuel and the chemicals in fuel; these items are serviceable and replacement is routine maintenance.

Due to the highly technical nature of our products, we recommend only experienced and knowledgeable individuals and shops install our products and systems.

We cannot accept returns on injectors or pumps that have been in contact with fuel.

Fore Innovations, LLC does not warrant any product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse. Additionally, Fore Innovations is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the installation, use, or misuse of our products.

We will gladly refund any parts that are received in new resalable condition and accompanied with a Return Authorization Number to the original purchaser. (if you purchased through a dealer, then we will refund the dealer, and then you will get your refund from that dealer.)

Our fuel systems are custom assembled for your specific order.  When an order is placed, we start working on it.  We plan, allocate parts, and mobilize people to fill your order.  Cancellations after placing a fuel system order result in a 5% cancellation fee.  There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders.

Fore Innovations will not be responsible for any items sent to us without a Return Authorization Number.

Fuel Pump Warranty

Effective Aug 12, 2024: TI Automotive (and Walbro) fuel pumps are sold only with TI Automotive’s warranty.  Currently, TI Automotive does not have a warranty on their high performance parts. For more information:

Purchases prior to Aug 12, 2024:
  • Fore Innovations guarantees that fuel pumps purchased from us operate according to the pump manufacturer’s specifications for up to 30 days after the original shipping date. Electric, in-tank fuel pumps are considered disposable wear items. After the pump(s) are placed into service, variables beyond our control dictate the lifespan and continued performance of your fuel pumps.
  • Only the original manufacturer of the fuel pump (TI Automotive / Walbro) can evaluate whether you are eligible for a warranty claim due to a quality issue.
  • Based on our experience, multiple or repeated pump failures indicate that operating conditions are causing the pump(s) to fail, not a pump quality issue. If you suspect your fuel pump(s) are damaged, Fore Innovations can help with diagnosis and corrective measures.
